Our reader’s comment today comes from Douglas P. from North Carolina, who responded:
‘"Extreme" is what the Left calls any form of patriotism that gets in the way of their globalist agenda. Roosevelt wasn't being extreme; he was stating the obvious, fundamental requirements for a nation to survive."
“You cannot have a country with open borders, a dozen different languages on the ballot, and a political class that has more loyalty to a foreign ideology than to its own citizens. He absolutely saw this coming.”
Thanks for the comment, Douglas, and thank you to everyone who submitted their take on this subject today. Keep the opinions coming because we love hearing back from our readers, both on the pro and con sides. We love the debate!
