This is the problem with AI in situations like we have in Minnesota. Most people will see this picture and lose their minds, but if you really look, you can see how the picture has been manipulated. For instance, the agent in front does not have a head. This picture was created to enflame the situation, and if you look at the comments, it worked, and you can see how easily the public can be manipulated with something like this.
