REPORT: Police called to Letitia James’ Virginia properties more than a dozen times

New York Attorney General Letitia James was recently indicted for alleged mortgage fraud.

She is said to have claimed a home as her secondary residence on loan documents, when it was actually being used by a relative.

We already knew that James' nieces, who were living in her Virginia properties, had criminal records, but it now appears as though the homes are also the subject of regular complaints to the point that local police have been called to the premises more than a dozen times.

Indicted

Earlier this year, it was announced that the DOJ had secured a grand jury indictment of James.

Lindsey Halligan, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, announced, “No one is above the law. The charges as alleged in this case represent intentional, criminal acts and tremendous breaches of the public’s trust.”

She continued, “The facts and the law in this case are clear, and we will continue following them to ensure that justice is served.”

The media and Democrats said that the indictment was little more than the Trump administration weaponizing the DOJ, never entertaining the idea that James may have actually done something illegal.

The nieces

As this all played out, reports started to pop up about James' relatives living in the homes that were the subject of the indictment.

One of the New York AG's grandnieces, Nakia Thompson, 36, was reportedly a fugitive who was wanted by authorities in another state, yet James was allowing her to live in the home she owned.

Then, a report broke that Thompson was also charged with “profane, threatening, or indecent language over public airways,” according to the New York Post.

The report went on to say that Thompson was raging during the encounter at issue, having allegedly stated, “B**ch, I’m going to punch you in the f***ing face.”

Call the cops

A report broke this week that police have been called to the home where Thompson lives over a dozen times, sometimes being called multiple times in a single day.

As these reports have come out, exposing Thompson’s criminal history, she has responded on Facebook, claiming that her criminal history is “OLD AS HELL” and “fabricated.”

James’ other grandniece, Cayla Thompson-Hairston, 21, is apparently just as bad, with police having been called to the home she is occupying -- also owned by James -- nearly a dozen times over the last year.

James is the top law enforcement officer in the state of New York, and she literally has a fugitive and criminal living in her home. Add that to the violent text messages authored by the AG-elect in Virginia, and the Democrat Party is clearly showing its colors right now. I am not sure if this says more about the candidates or about the voters in these states, who keep putting these kinds of people in office.
