Well, now it’s a thing. Not only are real CEOs doing videos to mock the CEO of McDonald’s, but now the satire artists are getting involved. This is pretty funny, but I can see it getting very old, very quickly.
Today’s thought talked about the direction of the Democrat Party for the government to control everything in this country. Our response today comes from Mitchell R. out of Kansas, who replied:
“Rand saw the modern Democrat party coming from a mile away. Look at how they operate today. They want you begging for permission to drive a gas-powered truck, heat your own home, or run a small business, all while they funnel billions of our tax dollars to their pet projects with zero accountability.
“The administrative state has weaponized the rulebook against the working class. We are not subjects asking the crown for a permit to exist. We are free citizens. The only way to crush this inversion is to rip the regulatory power away from unelected bureaucrats and completely dismantle the agencies trying to micromanage our lives.”
I agree, Mitchell, but my fear is that we have a full generation of people willing to give up their freedom for this fantasy that Dems are proposing.
