The Wednesday before Thanksgiving is typically a big celebration night around the country, but that was not the case this year.
Two National Guard members assigned to duty in D.C. were ambushed after months of Democrat fearmongering over their presence.
They have now been identified as 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom, who volunteered for the holiday duty, and 24-year-old Andrew Wolfe.
Ever since Donald Trump federalized D.C., Democrats have been fearmongering over their presence.
Well, they finally got what they wanted. Democrats, of course, will not say they wanted this to happen, but I can guarantee you that they will start blaming the shooting on Trump to use this strategy to try to score political points against him, and that is how you will know this was part of their plan all along.
Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) called the move a “textbook authoritarian” move. Governor JB Pritzker said the deployment of the Guard was an “invasion.” Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) said the troops made her “incredibly nervous,” adding that she was scared they would “shoot at American civilians.”
These are all trigger words that are meant to get a specific reaction from the mentally unstable who believe they can save this country from the bad orange man. When they first made these comments, I said it was only a matter of time before violence broke out, and that is what just happened in D.C.
Beckstrom and Wolfe were identified as the two Guard members who were ambushed by an Afghan refugee who entered this country via Joe Biden’s resettlement program.
Biden-era officials have even admitted that these refugees were not all fully vetted, and this is the result of that.
U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro also announced that Rahmanullah Lakanwal, the alleged shooter, allegedly drove cross-country from Washington solely for the purpose of targeting Guard members in D.C.
According to the report, Lakanwal shot and struck one of the victims, then turned his focus on another before other Guard members were able to subdue him.
One of the most disturbing aspects of this case is that the shooter had worked with military and intelligence agencies in Afghanistan.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe announced, "In the wake of the disastrous Biden withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Biden administration justified bringing the alleged shooter to the United States in September 2021 due to his prior work with the U.S. government, including CIA, as a member of a partner force in Kandahar, which ended shortly following the chaotic evacuation.”
This should impact any plans we ever have again of allowing natives who work with our military to migrate to the United States. And no, I am not saying we don’t allow any of them to come to this country, but the vetting process clearly needs to be changed.
Let’s be brutally honest here… If you wanted to infiltrate the country undercover, what better way than to work with the government during one of these operations, then get rewarded with a free pass to enter the United States. The system is broken, and now two National Guard members could wind up losing their lives because of the sloppiness of the Biden administration. This, to me, is unforgivable.
