Thought of the Day

I wanted to get away from the Minnesota narrative for just a second to discuss something once said by Justice Antonin Scalia:

"If you are going to be a good and faithful judge, you have to resign yourself to the fact that you’re not always going to like the conclusions you reach. If you like them all the time, you’re probably doing something wrong."

I don’t think there is a more relevant quote regarding our current judiciary, as we can generally tell the outcome of the case simply by seeing who appointed the judge about 95% of the time.
