This is a perfect example of how Democrats are twisting narratives and just blatantly lying to the American people. If you read the post, you would think that Trump looked past a flag on the ground without care.
What you are actually seeing is a White House staffer carefully lowering the American flag into a protective container to protect it against the high winds generated whenever Marine One takes off. Yet, that picture with a similar caption is being circulated among dozens of Democrat elected officials on social media.

Today’s “thought” was about the attack on and abuse of capitalism in this country, and how we can fight back against both without excessive overreach by the government. Our comment today is from Gordon F. from West Virginia, who responded:
“Churchill’s wisdom is timeless. The reason capitalism works is because it aligns incentives—the horse pulls the wagon because it gets fed. But when businesses start price-gouging, they forget that the wagon can stop. The answer isn't government intervention; that’s a slippery slope to socialism. The answer is competition."
“We need to clear away the regulations that protect the big guys so that small, hungry businesses can come in, undercut those high prices, and remind the big corporations who is actually in charge: the customer.”
I agree, Gordon. It seems as though many big companies in this country enjoy government protections that small business owners like us do not enjoy. Let’s level the playing field, then let’s see whether these big-box stores and corporations can compete.
