I bring up this quote because today is Halloween, a holiday that many of you likely celebrated by rummaging through your parents’ closet, then grabbing a pillowcase and heading out to trick-or-treat with friends. But things have changed, so I am curious how our readers feel about the holiday and their children or grandchildren accepting candy from strangers, as so many people these days have such evil intentions.
