There is some very important context that Sen. Blumenthal forgot to include. First, the man in the picture fit the description of someone ICE was seeking. Second, he refused to allow ICE to fingerprint him or use facial ID to confirm his identity. After he was taken in and his identity was confirmed, he was released.
