Pelosi calls Trump ‘worst thing’ on Earth

House Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) despises President Donald Trump, and I am not sure there was ever a time when the two of them were even remotely close to having a normal relationship, or at least one that would be considered normal in the political world.

Pelosi has a long history of bashing Trump, but she just made a statement that has many people wondering if she has truly lost it.

According to Pelosi, Trump is the “worst thing” on the face of the Earth right now.

I don’t hate anyone

Going back to Trump’s first administration, Pelosi had been firing venom at the president, a fact which brought a journalist to ask her if she actually hated him.

Pelosi replied, “I don’t hate anyone. I still pray for the president.”

Irate over the question and finger-waving in the direction of the reporter, she continued, “This is about the constitution of the United States and the facts that lead to the president’s violation of the oath of office."

The next statement was really humorous when you consider the bile that this woman has spewed. She continued, "And as a Catholic, I resent your using the word hate in a sentence that addresses me. So don’t mess with me when it comes to words like that.”

Hitler reference

We often talk about the venom thrown around by Democrats that led to two assassination attempts against Trump, and Pelosi has been involved in more than her fair share of that.

For instance, as we were nearing election day in 2024, Pelosi commented on Trump again, this time directly comparing him to some of the biggest monsters in history.

She stated, “Comparing the tactics of Donald Trump to Mussolini or Hitler is a very legitimate thing. If you look at what they did to delegitimize the press.”

She continued, “He (former president Trump) said at a rally ‘if you beat up the press, don’t worry about it, I will pay your legal fees.’ This is a tactic of an authoritarian, and in those respects yes he has followed their (Mussolini and Hitler’s) pattern.”

This type of rhetoric was a regular thing for the Democrats, especially as we got closer to Election Day 2024, as the Hitler comparisons were rampant within the Democrat Party.

Worst thing ever

Trump clearly occupies a space in the heads of  most Democrats at present, and that was made very apparent again after Pelosi had another meltdown over Trump, stating, "He’s just a vile creature, the worst thing on the face of the earth.” When Pelosi was asked by CNN’s Elex Michaelson if she really meant the “worst thing on the face of the Earth,” Pelosi responded, "I do, yeah, I do.”

Conservatives trolled Pelosi relentlessly on social media after her comment. NRCC National War Room director Ben Petersen responded, "More dehumanizing Democrat language about Republicans.”

Piers Morgan also chimed in, posting, "FFS… this is so absurd. Worse than Hamas terrorists? Iranian mullahs? Putin? Jong-Un? Democrat dinosaurs like Pelosi don’t know anything but over-demonising Trump. It’s why they’re polling so badly."

Democrats cannot get away from this “bad orange man” theme that has taken over their party since Trump walked down that escalator to announce he was running in the 2016 presidential election. The longer they do this, the more likely it will be that the GOP breaks historical trends and holds the House in 2026. There is still a long way to go, but this line of attack has clearly exhausted the American people.
