I just finished reading a report from the New York Post editorial board that was a brutal exposé on Zohran Mamdani, likely to be the next mayor of New York City.
I tend to agree with its overall assessment, which is that Mamdani wants to destroy the Jewish state (I think his policies make this quite clear).
There are a few more updates regarding the election that I think you guys may find interesting as well.
For months, New York City Mayor Eric Adams insisted that he would never drop out of the race, but then he did just that.
Adams, like most politicians, has been proven to be a liar, but in this case, that is a good thing, as it narrows down the field and gives us hope that Mandani can be beaten.
Now that he has officially dropped out of the race, Adams is going to throw his support behind one of the candidates, a move that will hopefully encourage another candidate to drop exit the contest.
Adams stated, “We need to focus on one of them. Over the next few days, I’m going to take the next step.”
The biggest threat to Mamdani right now is former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, but he is still lagging by about 20 points, and he is also still trailing if the two are matched head-to-head, but that gap is considerably narrower.
This is likely why Mamdani is starting to fire shots at Cuomo directly, stating, “While I’m fighting for Eric Adams’s voters, Andrew Cuomo is fighting for Eric Adams’ donors.”
Mamdani later added, “Andrew Cuomo campaigned in the only way that he knows how, calling billionaires like Barry Diller and Daniel Loeb from his daughter’s $8,000-a-month apartment, trading away whatever little integrity he has left.”
The fact is that these campaigns run on money, and Cuomo knows that if he can get Adams’ people behind him, he stands a much better chance of winning. Having said that, he should be talking to Adams behind the scenes and trying openly to lure his voter base.
I completely understand the frustration of voters in terms of their distaste for people like Cuomo. And I have stated for some time, had the GOP taken this election seriously from the outset and had someone like Lee Zeldin in the running, a Republican could have won this election.
So, the only hope is to wake up some of the very people who are backing Mamdani, the ones he wants to destroy, namely the Jewish people of New York, most of whom vote for Democrats.
This massive pro-Palestine movement has enabled people like Mamdani to get a grip in these major elections, but he clearly has an agenda to end the Jewish state, which would be devastating for Jews in this country, not to mention those around the world.
When you have a few minutes, read the full op-ed in the New York Post, as it gives a very convincing argument regarding Mamdani’s real agenda. More importantly, after you read it, send it to everyone you know who will be pulling a lever in New York City this November. We just cannot allow a socialist to take over the biggest city in the country. To read the full op-ed, click here.
