During and after the 2016 election cycle, Donald Trump’s campaign was investigated for allegedly colluding with the Russians.
Two formal probes took place, with neither finding evidence of collusion.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard recently revealed that the Obama administration crafted the entire narrative, but legacy media is simply ignoring the story and treating it like a conspiracy theory.
When the first Trump administration was under investigation, the FBI abused its authority on a grand scale.
The most notable of the abuses were FISA applications that used the Steele dossier as their basis, even though the document had been discredited.
Sadly, people like then-FBI Director James Comey and CIA Director John Brennan were never brought to justice for their rogue actions.
Gabbard is hoping to change that.
Neither Robert Mueller nor John Durham found any evidence of collusion, but they also failed to pick up on a major issue that Gabbard just exposed.
According to Gabbard, numerous high-ranking officials in the Obama administration, possibly including then-President Barack Obama himself, created the entire narrative.
Gabbard stated, “I really cannot fathom [it]. There is no rational or logical explanation for why they failed."
She went on, “The only logical conclusion that I can draw in this … is that there was direct intent to cover up the truth about what occurred and who was responsible and the broad network of how this seditious conspiracy was concocted and who exactly was responsible for carrying it out.”
When I first reported on this, I had noted the lack of interest from the mainstream media in the story. Now, days later, outlets such as ABC News and NBC News have yet to address the reports, choosing to ignore yet another Democrat scandal rather than covering it, even though Gabbard has referred the case to the DOJ for possible charges.
Democrats are laughing it off as well, with Rep. Jim Hines (D-CT) stating, "When you start throwing around language like ‘treason,’ somebody will get hurt. There is not a judge [in] the land that will treat this with anything other than laughter."
While MSNBC covered the story, it did so by taking a shot at Gabbard, reporting, "The latest distraction comes from the national intelligence director, Tulsi Gabbard, who put out a baseless report Friday accusing the Obama administration of manufacturing intelligence that laid the groundwork for the FBI’s Russia probe into Trump.”
So we are meant to believe that this is just a distraction by the Trump administration, not a legitimate case. That, my friends, is state media, as they are clearly pushing Democrat talking points to try to discredit Gabbard’s report. I hope the DOJ takes this seriously, as I would love to see the lot of them brought in to face justice for their actions, including Barack Obama.
