Fox News Media is rolling out wall-to-wall 2026 midterm coverage across television, digital, and audio as Democrats push to seize House and Senate majorities from Republicans.

Fox News Digital reported Thursday that the network will expand its 2026 midterm election coverage across television, digital platforms, audio, and podcasts, with election night anchored in New York and field reporting from across the country.

Control of Congress is on the line. Republicans have held both the House and Senate since the 2024 election. Democrats are trying to take those majorities back on Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum will co-anchor the night under the banner “Democracy 26.” Coverage on Fox News Channel begins at 6 p.m. ET. Fox Business Network will simulcast from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. the next morning.

Baier and MacCallum lead a long election night bench

Baier, the chief political anchor and executive editor of “Special Report,” and MacCallum, anchor and executive editor of “The Story,” will drive the main desk.

Joining them through the night: Dana Perino, Brit Hume, Harold Ford Jr., Bill Hemmer, Sandra Smith, Laura Ingraham, Jesse Watters, Sean Hannity, Trace Gallagher, Harris Faulkner, Kayleigh McEnany, and Jessica Tarlov.

More than 20 Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network correspondents will report from the field. Senior White House correspondents Jacqui Heinrich and Peter Doocy, along with White House correspondent Aishah Hasnie, will contribute from Washington, D.C.

The Fox News Decision Desk will issue calls and projections on the balance of power in the Senate and House. The network plans expanded augmented-reality and data-driven graphics for the returns.

Diner stops put swing-state voters on camera first

Before the returns, “Fox & Friends” takes the show to the counter.

Steve Doocy will host “Breakfast with Friends” at diners in key states: JC’s Restaurant in Burton, Ohio, on Oct. 26; Four Corners Diner in Romeo, Michigan, on Oct. 27; Keys Café & Bakery in Roseville, Minnesota, on Oct. 28; Bubba’s Cooks Country in Dallas on Oct. 29; and Big Doug’s Place in Hiram, Georgia, on Oct. 30.

Todd Piro continues the tour Oct. 31 at Stacks Pancake House in Scarborough, Maine. Charles Hurt and Griff Jenkins close it out at a diner on Election Day morning.

A special early edition of “Fox & Friends First” airs at 4 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Nov. 4.

Digital tools, live audio, and a late-night stream fill out the slate

Fox News Digital will run a live blog and Fox News Power Rankings, plus a “Midterms 2026” tab in the app with a county-level map, an Election HQ AI chatbot, and “The Room” for live commentary.

The network said Fox News Digital topped all news brands and broadcast networks in multiplatform views and minutes in the third quarter of 2026, per Comscore.

On the audio side, Jared Halpern and Jessica Rosenthal co-anchor live Fox News Audio programming starting at 7 p.m. ET on Election Day, with political analysis and field reports. A one-hour special follows at 8 a.m. ET the next morning. “Fox News Headlines 24/7” on SiriusXM will carry midterm and gubernatorial updates every 15 minutes before Election Day. “The Fox News Rundown” runs a five-part series from Oct. 26 through Oct. 30.

From Washington, Ruthless Podcast hosts Josh Holmes, Michael Duncan, John Ashbrook, and Shashank Tripathi will stream the “Ruthless Live! Midterm Election Show” from 8 to 11 p.m. ET on Fox News Digital and Fox Nation.

November’s choice is about who holds power

House seats, Senate seats, and governors’ races will decide whether Republican majorities hold or Democrats claw them back. That is the fight Fox’s coverage is built to track from the first diner stop through the final Decision Desk call.

Voters who want results, projections, and on-the-ground reporting will have a clear place to watch, listen, and follow the map as the night unfolds.

When Congress is up for grabs, the country needs the returns straight, not filtered through someone else’s preferred storyline.
