FBI cover-up allegedly underway after posts deleted, warnings ignored

Last week, the big story of the news cycle involved Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard claiming to have evidence that the Obama administration constructed the 2016 narrative that Trump had colluded with the Russians to win the presidential election.

That report rocked D.C., and it also got some people scrambling.

Now, more information has come to light about one of the agents in the initial investigation having scrubbed his social media footprint, as well as about intelligence from other nations about the origins of the entire narrative.

Gabbard’s report

Gabbard’s report should have been the lead story on every news broadcast and front-page news in every print publication, but it was largely ignored.

The DNI claimed she had evidence of "egregious weaponization and politicization of intelligence" to eliminate Donald Trump from presidential contention.

Democrats and the media continue to point to all the investigations that subsequently took place regarding claims of Russian collusion, but that is not what the Gabbard report is about.

Her report is about the fact that the collusion angle was completely invented, not about the collusion investigations themselves. That initial narrative, however, is what led to calls for the later probes, so this is a huge deal, not to mention criminal, if Gabbard’s report is accurate.

FBI involved

According to CIA Director John Ratcliffe, there was foreign intelligence pointing to the FBI’s role in spreading the narratives about Trump during the 2016 cycle and the immediate aftermath.

Fox News discussed the reports with an official who was permitted to remain anonymous due to the nature of the information. The source revealed, "Ultimately, the release of the classified annex will lend more credibility to the assertion that there was a coordinated plan inside the U.S. government to help the Clinton campaign stir up controversy connecting Trump to Russia.”

The source concluded, "Mere days after this intelligence was collected, the FBI launched Crossfire Hurricane. It’s really hard to see how Brennan, Clapper and Comey are going to be able to explain this away."

To make matters worse, there was also reportedly a memo that stated the FBI was discussing the issue with 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to seek her approval “of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public away from her use of a private email server.”

The purge

Our old friend, former FBI Agent Peter Strzok, is back in the news, as it would appear that he is worried about the DOJ bearing down on him after the emergence of these reports about the Obama administration's conduct regarding Trump.

He has been busy clearing posts on his X account, apparently trying to remove all evidence of his involvement in this activity. He is now a contributor on MSNBC, using the platform to defend his actions, stating, “I think the reality is, people are still around the world looking to the United States and trying to figure out, is this flirtation with Trump done?”

He continued, “Is Trump not only the individual, sort of national security problems he had, are there also problems that his mistrust of the NATO alliance, his coziness with people like Vladimir Putin, his hesitation to support Ukraine, all the things that from a strategic perspective Russia would want to pursue, Trump very much aligns with those. So I think time will tell. And I think we’re going to have to keep a close eye to the tens of millions of people who still support former President Trump to see what that translates to in the two years ahead.”

Strzok was fired in 2018 by then-FBI deputy director David Bowditch, who stated at the time, “In my 23 years in the FBI, I have not seen a more impactful series of missteps which called into question the entire organization and more thoroughly damaged the reputation of the entire organization.” Along with James Comey, John Brennan, and Andrew McCabe, I believe Strzok is among those who need to be brought to justice over this hoax. Hopefully, he will be fitted for an orange jumpsuit soon.
