I am an unabashed supporter of Israel in its fight against Hamas and its desire to wipe out terrorism in the Middle East.
Democrats, however, have taken up the other side of this fight, sticking up for Palestine even though the Palestinian leadership is responsible for putting Hamas in power in Gaza.
Well, now we have a very anti-Israel group setting up shop in D.C., and it is an organization that is extremely concerning to me.
The Democrats' message about Israel has clearly hit home with the party’s supporters, as the overwhelming majority of Democrat voters see Israel as the bad guy in its war against Hamas.
After killing more than 1,000 innocent people and taking more than 100 hostages, many of them tortured, raped, and/or killed, they still try to say Israel is the one guilty of war crimes for fighting back against these terrorists.
For example, a recent poll by IMEU Policy Project and Gen-Z for Change, conducted by YouGov, showed that 65% of Democrat voters believe that Israel should be hit with similar sanctions that were placed against South Africa to bring down Apartheid.
Then, of course, there are the numerous members of Congress who openly support Palestine over our ally, Israel, such as Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and the members of AOC’s "Squad."
This brings us to a group called American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), which the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) exposed in a blistering expose.
The report, in part, stated, “American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) is at the core of the anti-Israel and anti-Zionist movement in the United States.”
It also exposed how the group is connected to Hamas, stating, “Following the October 7, 2023 Hamas-led massacre, AMP has helped organize and co-sponsor numerous anti-Israel protests, rallies and marches.”
To me, this group is on par with the Council on American–Islamic Relations (CAIR), another favorite of Democrats who support Palestine over Israel.
Reports broke this week that AMP is now launching operations in D.C., with the plan to target schools and political institutions around the city to promote “Palestinian liberation.”
Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares has tried opening an investigation into the group regarding the alleged circulation of materials supporting terrorists, but our wonderful judiciary has blocked the investigation, at least for now, over First Amendment concerns.
AMP denies any wrongdoing or links to terrorist organizations, claiming it is only educating individuals. It stated, “As residents of a region deeply complicit in upholding and funding the Zionist occupation, we recognize our responsibility to advance principled action in supporting [boycott, divestment and sanctions] efforts locally and challenging the political structures that enable genocide.”
Remember what I have stated from the very beginning. The best way to beat an enemy is to infiltrate from within. You start by placing operatives in local government, then expand to the federal level, all while indoctrinating the next generation to be sympathetic to your cause. You can be the judge as to whether that is what is taking place here or not.
