All kinds of cool little tidbits are emerging amid the return of Kamala Harris as she touts her new book.
The former VP has been throwing Joe Biden and everyone else under the bus, blaming anyone but herself for her election loss.
And now, reports are surfacing that Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) was one of several Democrats Harris was mentoring.
If you look at Harris' career, she is the last person who should ever be mentoring anyone, as her political trajectory has been very brief, and her prosecutorial career, well, that kind of speaks for itself, and not in a good way.
She got her break into politics on the coattails of one of the most corrupt public officials of our time, former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown.
In my opinion, Harris was one of the most corrupt prosecutors in high office, and she was only a U.S. senator for four years before Biden plucked her from the Capitol to check a box on his presidential ticket.
As VP, Harris was a complete and utter failure, but it turns out she was mentoring several younger politicians.
Harris was apparently running a top-secret program called the “Stars Project.”
She wrote in her newly released memoir, "When I became VP, I had a secret project -- I called it the Stars Project -- that only my senior team knew about.”
Harris continued, “We’d brainstorm about the younger talents in the party and then, on Friday afternoons, I’d invite one or another to visit my office in the West Wing or the residence.”
She then identified some of these supposed up-and-comers, writing, "Many of those on my list spoke at the convention: Lauren Underwood, Robert Garcia, Angela Alsobrooks, Lateefah Simon, Maxwell Frost, Joe Neguse, Lina Hidalgo, Jasmine Crockett.”
When you consider the rhetoric routinely tossed around by Crockett and Harris, now it all makes sense.
My guess is that Harris gave these young Democrats her playbook, which is to more or less never accept responsibility for any failures and call the bad orange man a Nazi at every opportunity.
After seeing this report, I started to dig into a lot of what Crockett has said, comparing her rhetoric to past criticisms of Trump leveled by Harris, and it is shocking how similar they are.
Crockett continues to spew poison, recently leveling a host of controversial comments about Charlie Kirk after his murder, and doubling down on her Trump “wannabe Hitler” comments just this past week. Like I said, now it all makes sense.
