I am not saying the California elections are rigged, but I am saying that if you want to give that impression, you take an absurd amount of time to count the votes. And when those late-counted votes remove a Republican from contention, barely impact the incumbent Democrat, and elevate a controversial socialist candidate, you can see why people are concerned…
