“The whole point of the Constitution was to put a strict leash on the federal government so Washington couldn't dictate our daily lives. But every time you hear politicians on the left talk about the Constitution these days, it is usually just an excuse to grab more power for themselves. They act like it is a permission slip to pass whatever federal mandates they want, instead of the hard set of boundaries it was actually meant to be.
“We don't need the government using the Constitution to manage us. We need representation, not leadership.”
