Democrat winner disqualified. What he did is absolutely disgusting. This man does not deserve to represent We the People in Congress. How was this not exposed before the primary race? Read more…
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has clearly had his differences with President Trump, but border security is not one of them. He stood firm and tall, and now we are one step closer to securing complete funding…
Today’s thought is one that I have done before, but I purposely recirculate it every few months to gauge the temperature of our readers. This is about our freedoms being chipped away by politicians and how they take advantage of it to expand government.
Today’s comment is from Stephen C. in Utah, who responded:
"Spot on. If you give the government an inch, they will always take a mile. The problem is that too many people just roll over and accept it whenever politicians push new rules in the name of 'safety' or 'the greater good.' But it’s not just the Left doing it—the establishment on our side is completely guilty of standing by and letting it happen. We need to stop complaining online and actually force these agencies to back off and leave regular people alone."
Short and simple, and I agree completely. We cannot be afraid to hold elected officials accountable for their actions. It does not necessarily mean we need to primary them on their first misstep, but our disappointment needs to be made known and we need to demand more accountability. And if they continue to disappoint, then we primary them with someone who will do the job.
