Thought of the Day

I am pulling an odd quote today from a Russian dissident, Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn, who tried to shine the spotlight on the political repression of the Soviet Union. He said something that is extremely relevant to what we see today in our political landscape:

"Let the lie come into the world, let it even triumph. But not through me."

This quote sums up my approach to politics quite well. There are clearly times when I feel like I am fighting a losing battle, but I keep swinging because I refuse to give up on this country and our Constitution.
