Ever since Trump lost the 2020 election, he has claimed that he won and that the battleground states he lost, all of which he claims were rigged.
Trump has never really had his day in court, however, as most of the cases were tossed due to standing.
Recently, the FBI raided Georgia election offices, and now the agency says there are “substantiated” irregularities in the election.
In late January, reports broke that the FBI showed up at the Fulton County Election Hub to confiscate records.
When DNI Tulsi Gabbard was spotted there, Democrats went nuts, and now she is being attacked over a bogus whistleblower report.
The raid took place after a lawsuit by the DOJ to have the records turned over fell flat.
The narrative that Trump sent Patel in to do his dirty work immediately took hold, as the timing of the raid related to the denial of the DOJ did not give the appearance of a coincidence.
Georgia legislators rang the bell after the FBI showed up and walked out with boxes of records.
Rep. Debra Bazemore, vice chair of the Fulton County delegation, stated, “There has been a motion already filed to make sure we get our ballots back intact and not changed.”
Commission chairman Rob Pitts had previously confirmed the results of the election, which were backed up by the Republican secretary of state.
After the raid, Pitts stated, “One of the strangest things about this case is that these records were the subject of active litigation and, quite frankly, were likely to be unsealed and turned over in a matter of weeks. All he had to do was ask the judge to do so. But albeit in a much more orderly manner, we in Fulton County have nothing, nothing, nothing to hide.”
The affidavit for the raid was filed by FBI Special Agent Hugh Raymond Evans, which included information from numerous interviews conducted, citing unnamed witness testimony to justify the raid.
Evans wrote, "Some of those allegations have been disproven while some of those allegations have been substantiated, including through admissions by Fulton County.”
"This warrant application is part of an FBI criminal investigation into whether any of the improprieties were intentional acts that violated federal criminal laws."
There is definitely some suspect behavior that took place, and I have never doubted that there was fraud. My only question is if it was enough to flip enough states to give Trump the win. My guess is that Trump will keep the DOJ digging nonstop over the next three years to try to prove his case.
