Today’s thought is inspired by a quote from Thomas Paine, who wrote:

"Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph."

I have spoken on this front before. The Democrat Party, in particular, has become very good at wearing us down to surrender. The average person in this country just gives in rather than continuing to push back. They get exhausted and give in rather than continue to fight.
