He’s been arrested. And this is going to be a problem for New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Not to mention a handful of other powerful Democrats. Read more…
This entire post, by both people, is a complete and utter lie. The whistleblower who came forward originated from California. The case was also started under the Biden administration, not the Trump administration. So, two key facts that Newsom and Governor Healey failed to mention.
So, once again, Democrats are blatantly lying to the American people, and the media is doing nothing to check them…
Today’s thought was about individuals on each side of the aisle fighting against the party line. I asked our readers if they thought this was showboating or them doing the right thing by their constituents. Our response today is from Dennis M. from Kansas, who commented:
“I look at it this way: if you just want to go along to get along, you probably shouldn't be in Washington in the first place. When one or two folks have the backbone to stand up and question what their own party is doing, the leadership always calls it showboating or making trouble. But to a regular guy out here paying the bills, it just looks like someone is finally doing the job we sent them there to do.
“We don't need a bunch of rubber stamps who just vote however they are told by the party bosses. We need people who remember they answer to the folks back home, even if it means standing alone and taking some heat for it.”
I think of it much the same way, Dennis. As long as they are pushing the agenda of their constituents and not a personal agenda, I have zero issue with them standing firm. But those who have an ax to grind and resist solely for the sake of opposition, well, that I have a problem with.
